Is it a blouse or a jacket, whatever it is, it is stunning. It has the red, white and blue Union label that helps date it from 1975-92. I believe it's from the 1980's. No fabric content tag but it's has a satin look. Fully lined. Dry clean. Nicely fitted. Buttons down with large gold framed clear rhinestone buttons. Open off shoulder with dramatic ruffles on the shoulder. Elastic at the top of the shoulders. Marked size 9/10, todays 2/4 but please use measurements to insure a perfect fit. My mannequin is a 2 and has a tiny bit extra room. It measures 19 1/2" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 14 1/2" at the waist. Very nice condition. It has a few wrinkles but otherwise no notable issues. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
