This beautiful vintage Japanese tea set is crafted from very fine eggshell porcelain. The set of eighteen pieces is a true work of art. Made in Japan, it features intricate hand-painted details of geishas, pagodas, lanterns, cherry blossoms, parasols, mums, and other design motifs that showcase the rich culture of Japanese art. There are painting imperfections to the set which makes it so unique. Includes the teapot with lid, sugar bowl with lid and creamer, and six matching cups and saucers. Also included a small matching serving plate, for cookies, etc.
