Vintage Sico-Toulane Exclusive Covered Casserole Dish "Garden Vegetables" Design RARE. Approximate measurements are: 4 3/4" Tall (with lid) x 9" Long (handle to handle) x 5 1/2" Wide. Bottom says: Oven Proof, CTC & research shows it is "Imported Oven Ware", Made in Japan, Circa 1950's. It is an off-white all over with Multi-Colored Vegetables on the Top & Sides. A few of the Vegetables are- Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Carrots, Lettuce, Onions, etc. There is Gold Accents on the oval Handle at the top, around the edge on the Lid, on the edging on the bottom & on the handles. Condition is preowned with no cracks. 3 small chips- 2 on top edge on bottom piece, 1 on bottom edge of lid (last photo shows 2 of the chips). These do not affect Function or Beauty. Crazing all over- not sure if this was made to look this way or if this happened over time. Inside edge of Lid & Bottom Piece have some discoloration, few scuffs/ scratches due to age, use & love.
