The CNW is designed to connect threaded rods to one another and to anchor bolts. These coupler nuts are designed to exceed the specified minimum tensile capacity of the corresponding bolts and threaded rod. All CNW coupler nuts feature a positive stop to help ensure even threading into each end of the nut and a Witness® hole as a means to verify when rods are properly installed.
Tighten the two rods until each all-thread rod is visible in the Witness® Hole
For non hot-dip galvanized all-thread rod only
Couplers use a Witness® hole to ensure proper installation
Positive stop feature that helps ensure proper thread engagement into each end of the nut on straight-through models
