Tag says size 40 in European which equals the same as a US size 12. I wear a size small and this fit me just fine. It was a little on the bigger side but I liked the loose fit. So I'm meeting in the middle and calling it a size Medium although I think it would fit a wide range of women's sizes.
Very nice and warm winter coat! Only worn once and had dry cleaned. Near perfect/new condition.
